The family farmers behind Deer Creek Beef work hard to bring you the tastiest cuts of beef. We want to bring the pleasure of eating back to your table. Nothing can rival the feeling of sitting down to a meal that didn't travel miles and miles to make it to your plate. It's eating that you can feel good about.

Thick-cut Ribeye Steaks
$10/lb

These steaks are always a favorite:
1½ inch thick, boneless and trimmed to perfection. Simply grill and enjoy with a plate of local tomatoes and corn, or season with your favorite rub, top with herbed butter or fresh garden salsa.
Try them in a new recipe--you just can't go wrong with these steaks...the possibilities are endless.
Don’t overcook them. And let them rest a few minutes after cooking before slicing or serving.

$8 per pack of six 6-oz. burgers

Our Delicious Ground Beef
$3/lb (1 lb packs)

Building the perfect burger.
You choose. Start with our delicious, convenient patties or handcraft your own burgers from our amazing ground beef. Either way, just grill them to medium rare and finish with your favorite toppings. Local cheese, fresh vine-ripe tomatoes, grilled onions, bacon and sauteed mushrooms, or let them stand alone--with or without a bun. They’re that good.

The reason?
All our beef is aged for rich flavor and tenderness, even the cuts that go in our ground beef and patties. Our butcher grinds only our hand cut and carefully trimmed beef, making sure the mix stays lean (at least 85% lean). The patty machine makes a nice, thick 6-oz. patty that comes as close to hand-made as possible. The one-pound packs of ground beef and patties are all quickly frozen to preserve the quality and flavor until you’re ready to thaw, cook and enjoy.

Keep your freezer stocked. Our burgers are perfect for a quick school night meal or weekend cookout.
